Voting Ballot Setup

Choose an Event

To create ballots, you must first access the EVENT LIST. Once you choose an event, you will be able to create ballots for that event. Ballots are NOT saved across events like competition classes and elements.

Ballot Setup

Once in the "Voting" area, you can create as many ballots as you want. Each ballot will have a few attributes.

• There are two types of ballots; one for people and one for entries (e.g. vehicles, projects, animals, etc.).
• The voting window for each ballot is the SAME.
• Set your ballot so that it can be voted on by a) contestants, b) spectators or c) both groups.
• You can give each voter 1 or more votes on that ballot.
• You can decide when and if you want to display the results.
• You can add a graphic to each ballot (e.g. a sponsor).
• You can decide whether to allow contestants to self-enter any ballot or whether to keep that power reserved for administrators.

Ballot Management Screen

You will be able to publish and unpublish individual ballots right from the event basics dashboard.
