Can I hide final scores from spectators until the awards ceremony?
YES. Simply set the event to "Hide Final Round." Do this from the Event Basics dashboard.
Can I hide contestant names from entry-based events?
YES. For events, like car shows, where you do not want spectators or judges to know who owns the entry, there is a setting for each competition class that permits you to hide the contestant's name. Select the class and access the MOBILE VIEW panel.
Can I limit some of my voting ballots so that spectators cannot vote?
YES. When setting up the ballot, you can choose who can vote on that ballot.
How can spectators access the scoring app?
In the title bar of your Event Basics dashboard, there are two black icons; one is a web link and the other is a QR code. You can use the link for emails and text messages, but the QR code is super useful for printing and displaying at the event venue. Spectators can scan to land directly on your event landing page. There is NO DOWNLOAD needed!
